This is a million dollar question that every Investor would want to know the answer to.

You see, real estate prices are set by the market, meaning buyers and sellers, so no single entity, including your agent, can influence the market.

Like the stock-brokers who know the stock market your realtor should know the answer to that million dollar question but they won't give it you because....that's not what YOU want to hear.

Most of the sellers will list their property, commercial as well as home, with the agent who bids the highest, what I call the greed factor, I'm sorry but we are all guilty of it at some time or the other. "Good Going" but then price adjustment requests start from those same Agents. Sellers dig themselves deep into the hole because of their own fault. Later, maybe 4-6 months later, they net less than what they would have 4-6 months earlier because the market does not wait for one seller.
